[Developers] status of bugs database and mailing list archives

Hi,

I think we got everything restored on both gnats and mailman. I am sure 
the mailman stuff is alright. I will check gnats once again and check on 
the bug#1912 and also go through other stuff on gnats. I will get back 
to you.
