[Developers] Patch: Output thorn dependencies with "-T" option

Enhance the command line option "-T" to list not only the compiled 
thorns, but also what implementation they implement, and what other 
thorns they depend on.  Also list all compiled implementations, what 
thorns implement these, and what implementations these depend on.

This is the complete information necessary to find out which thorns 
could/must also be activated if a certain thorn is activated.
