These are the SAGA C++ PERFORMANCE TESTS. They demonstrate the minimal overhead
of the overall SAGA design, runtime layer and adaptors.

Use gnuplot (http://www.gnuplot.info/) to visualise the output.

The test can be configured through performance_tests.ini
