[Developers] Offer of help

[Iulian Benea]

 My name is Benea Iulian. I am interested in what is
grid computing and found out about Cactus. I saw that
there's a need for help in development. The site is
comprehensive and overwhelming at first so I thought I
should ask where to start here.
 In order to know where I could fit in I mention that:
I graduated CS an year ago, have experience in C, VB
and a bit in Java. I wouldn't mind if I help to write
docs or document stuff.
