I've written documentation for the following CCTK_* functions.
 CCTK_GroupTypeNumber()
 CCTK_VarTypeNumber()
 CCTK_GroupDistribNumber()
 CCTK_StaggerDirName()
 CCTK_GroupDynamicData()
