[Developers] Remove outdated AlphaThorns thorns

As these have not been in a release yet, they still appear in AlphaThorns, 
but that is done by a soft-link, so you can get at them either from 
CactusExternal or AlphaThorns.  They are the same in CVS.

The link will be removed at the next beta release.
