A general request to everyone sending patches:

Could people please include in a reasonably prominent place in the
E-mail itself (rather than buried in the patch headers), a statement
of what software is being (proposed to be) patched, eg "Cactus flesh",
"CactusBase/Boundary", or whatever?

A brief rationale for why the proposed change is a good idea would
also be appreciated.

Thanks, ciao,
