[Developers] Consolidation of Cactus arrangements mailing lists

  We are currently consolidating the Cactus arrangements mailing lists
into the single list developers at cactuscode.org. If you are receiving
this e'mail, it means that you were a member of one of the
arrangements lists that are being closed. You should receive another
e'mail stating that you have been removed from the list that is being
closed. Also, if you were not previously a member of
developers at cactuscode.org, you will receive an e'mail stating that you
have been subscribed to this list.

  You can access your account at developer at cactuscode.org by going to

Archives for all lists will still be available by going to 

http://www.cactuscode.org/mailman/listinfo/<name of list>

and clicking the archives link.
