Here's a patch that fixes two bugs.  Firstly, all see also entries
that could be hotlinked, have been hotlinked.  Thank perl for that:)
Secondly, this resolves all the missing functions from PR 1859.

In addition, I have been working on a number of other PRs and will
have another patch soon.
