Driver Issues
When using the CoordBase domain and boundary parameters, the driver (PUGH, Carpet, etc) also needs to be kept informed.
Whichever driver you're using, if you're specifying the number of boundary
zones using CoordBase, note that this does not automatically
carry over to the driver::ghost_size_x, driver::ghost_size_y,
and driver::ghost_size_z parameters. If you want the ghost sizes
to be anything other than their defaults (currently 
), you need to set
them explicitly.
